Job Description
3. Partner with directors and managers to deliver effective people solutions
4. Provide coaching and guidance on people management and best practice
5. Lead on employee relations cases including performance and conduct
6. Manage disciplinary, grievance, and attendance processes end-to-end
7. Support managers with sickness management and return-to-work processes
8. Promote engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and positive workplace culture
9. Contribute to organisational change initiatives and people projects
10. Support HR systems development and process improvement initiatives
11. Work with reward and insights to support gender pay reporting
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. People Advisor should have:
12. Demonstrated expertise in human resources, preference within the not-for-profit sector
13. Strong employee relations knowledge and hands-on case management skills
14. Confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels
15. Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach
16. Experience supporting change, projects, and process improvements
17. Passionate about culture, engagement, and people development
18. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
