We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to support the preparation, cooking and presentation of high‑quality dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
* Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Working Hours
* Part‑time
* Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 or 80 hours over a 4‑week period, with possible additional hours as needed.
* Shifts between 2 pm and 10:30 pm, Tuesday – Sunday (closed Monday).
