This is a senior role where you'll shape recruitment strategy, lead key hires, and strengthen internal capability, ensuring the business consistently appoints people who will thrive and stay.If you're passionate about building strong recruitment processes, coaching others, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, this role offers the chance to make a tangible difference.As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and elevate recruitment across the organisation, ensuring it consistently attracts, assesses, and appoints exceptional talent. You'll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managersto improve decision-making, strengthen hiring capability, and create a consistently strong candidate experience.You'll personally lead the hiring of senior and specialist roles, where judgement, stakeholder management, and assessment expertise are critical. You'll also play a key role in leveraging technology and recruitment data to improvehiring efficiency, decision-making, and candidate experience.What You'll Be Doing
* Lead recruitment across the organisation, ensuring processes are efficient, structured, and aligned to workforce needs.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements and support evidence-based hiring decisions.
* Take ownership of senior and specialist recruitment, managing complex searches and robust assessment processes.
* Continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring they remain fair, consistent, and candidate focused.
* Use recruitment data and insights to monitor performance, identify trends, and enhance outcomes.
* Maximise the use of recruitment technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
* Coach hiring managers and recruitment colleagues to strengthen internal capability in selecting talent.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Proven track record managing recruitment in complex organisations, including senior or specialist hires.
* Skills: Strong stakeholder management, interviewing and assessment capability, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement expertise.
* Attributes: Confident working with senior leaders, pragmatic, highly professional, and committed to fair and effective hiring.
* Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on improving both candidate and hiring manager experience.
