As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the senior kitchen team, helping to deliver consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining a smooth and organised service. This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef De Partie ready to step up in a well-run, food-led pub environment.
Due to the location of the property, you will need to be able to drive.

Responsibilities as the Junior Sous Chef…
6. Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
7. Leading sections during service and ensuring high standards are maintained
8. Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver quality dishes
9. Assisting with training and mentoring junior team members
10. Maintaining excellent hygiene, organisation, and consistency
