A busy and growing organisation is looking for an experienced FM Helpdesk Coordinator. This role will suit someone organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What youll be doing
* Act as a first point of contact for service requests
* Log, prioritise, and manage reactive and planned maintenance tasks
* Allocate work to engineers and subcontractors
* Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
* Maintain accurate CAFM records, asset data, and compliance documentation
* Issue and manage PPM schedules
* Coordinate specialist visits and chase reports
* Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices
* Resolve basic PO and invoice queries
What were looking for
Were looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in an FM Helpdesk (or similar) role
* Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills
* Excellent at communicating with customer service abilities
* Calm and structured in their approach within a reactive environment
* Confident using CAFM systems (essential)
