What Youll Be Doing: Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects and product releases, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met. Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and IT teams throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Identify and remove blockers, ensuring teams stay on track and aligned with business goals. Work closely with the Development and Operations Managers to coordinate delivery schedules and resource planning. Monitor delivery metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance. Communicate release plans and progress updates clearly to stakeholders across the business. ?? Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Software Delivery Manager, Agile Project Manager, or similar role in a tech-driven environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams. Deep knowledge of the full SDLC, from planning and development to testing and deployment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills youll be the bridge between technical teams and the wider business. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to analyse delivery metrics and implement process improvements. Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms. Desirable: Background in the gaming, iGaming, or entertainment tech sectors.
