The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
Salary: £30,000 basic salary plus company benefits.
Responsibilities
* Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
* Upsell additional products and follow up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
* Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Previous customer facing service experience essential.
* Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are important, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
* Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
