Are you passionate about developing people and driving performance? My client is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support and enhance capability across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:
 * Deliver and embed Leadership and Management Development Programmes and masterclasses.
 * Review and improve L&D initiatives to ensure alignment with business needs.
 * Identify strengths and development gaps across teams and individuals, providing evidence-based recommendations.
 * Champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
About you:
 * Experience within Learning & Development.
 * Strong stakeholder management skills.
 * Confident communicator with excellent facilitation abilities.
 * Passionate about continuous growth and learning innovation.
