We’re recruiting an experienced Office Manager for a busy independent garage in Long Eaton.
This is a key role for an Office Manager with the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful Office Manager will handle administration, marketing, and the use of business systems including AutoBach.

Office Manager duties include managing all administrative functions and internal processes
Overseeing customer and supplier communication as the Office Manager
Coordinating marketing activities (online and offline)
Managing the AutoBach garage management system as part of the Office Manager remit
Supporting the team with compliance, invoicing, and scheduling
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as a capable Office ManagerAbout You:
Proven experience as an Office Manager is essential
Background in the automotive, garage, or motor trade industry is highly desirable for the Office Manager
Comfortable with admin systems and business operations relevant to an Office Manager
Familiarity with AutoBach or similar systems is a plus for any Office Manager
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently – key traits for an Office Manager
Strong communication and problem-solving skills expected of an effective Office ManagerThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Office Manager looking to take ownership of a critical business role in a supportive garage environment.
