High Volume expanding Brand(with strong relocation/commute potential)
We're working with a fast-growing, international quick service restaurant brand to recruit aGeneral Managerf for one of their highest potential UK sites in Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven QSR leader who thrives inhigh-volume, fast-paced environmentsand is hungry to take full ownership of a flagship restaurant.
The site is currently turning overcirca £50k per weekwith significant growth potential, and were looking for someone with the energy, commercial mindset and leadership skills to really push it forward.
The Role
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the full performance of the site, including:
* Leading, developing and motivating a large team
* Driving sales, profitability and guest experience
* Managing KPIs, labour, GP and cost control
* Creating a high-performance culture with strong standards
* Owning recruitment, training and succession planning
* Working closely with senior leadership on growth plans
This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and building a winning team.
