We are working with a major Tier1 Civil Engineering firm who are recruiting an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor for a major rail infrastructure project based in the Bletchley area.
Role details
* Full-time, site-based
* Salary £41–52k
* Company car or £4,700 car allowance
Key responsibilities
* Advise on HSE compliance across rail, track, civils, highways & infrastructure works
* Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments
* Support incident investigations and corrective actions
* Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
* Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
Essential experience
* Sentinel card (mandatory)
* Proven rail or track project experience in construction
* Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practice
* Confident communicator with good leadership skills
* NEBOSH or equivalent (desirable)
