CNC Machinist (Programmer / Setter / Operator)
Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
£36,500 + Overtime + Bonus
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established engineering business based in Stoke-on-Trent. Due to increased workload and continued expansion, our client is looking to appoint a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team.
The Role:
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery
* Experience working with Fanuc control systems (essential)
* Producing components across a variety of industries and materials
* Supporting breakdown and reactive work when required (overtime available)
️ Machines include:
* Doosan Puma 2000SY (live tooling)
* Harrison Alpha 1550s
* Hurco VM1 (milling – desirable but not essential)
Industries:
The business supports a diverse client base, including:
* Food & Drink
* Oil & Gas
* Automotive
* Mining
* Power Generation
You will be working with a wide range of materials, from mild and stainless steels through to specialist alloys such as super duplex and Inconel.
Working Hours:
* Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
* Overtime and call-out work available
