Harris Hill are thrilled to be partnering up with Over the Wall with their search for a new Capital Fundraising Campaign Manager. This role is vital as Over the Wall are running successful capital campaign to open its first permanent site in Derby in 2026. Their new site will bring mischief and magic to seriously ill children and young people from across the UK, taking forward Paul Newman’s vision of a place where kids can forget hospital, ‘kick back and raise a little hell’.

Grade and salary: £42,000 for full time 4 days per week (FTW would therefore be £52,000)

Context and Responsibilities within this role:
During 2023 a significant body of work was undertaken to prepare for the commencement of the campaign in 2024, including soliciting a lead gift, preparing a strong case for support and preparing various projects for funding. Furthermore, OTW have begun cultivating relationships with prospective major donors; gaining the support of local politicians and businesses; paving the way for local community partnerships; etc, to facilitate the initial two phases of the campaign.
