OCDEA – Hybrid (Kent) | Salary up to £38,000 + benefits
Ready to put your OCDEA experience to work on a steady pipeline of residential new-build / on-construction projects? Our client is seeking an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) to join a friendly, delivery-focused team where quality and consistency matter.
The role;
* Produce SAP assessments and As-Built SAPs for residential developments
* Create and review EPCs for new-build properties (as applicable)
* Work with architects, developers, and site teams to resolve compliance queries
* Support Part L compliance documentation and evidence gathering
* Manage your workload across multiple plots/projects, keeping turnaround times tight
* Maintain accurate assessment files and audit-ready records
What we’re looking for
* OCDEA qualified with 2+ years’ experience in on-construction/new-build residential work
* Strong working knowledge of SAP and related compliance requirements (Part L)
* Confident communicator: able to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Organised and detail-driven, with a focus on quality and audit-readiness
Full UK driving licence
