1st Line Tech Support – Solar Energy | Farnborogh - Hybrid | Up to £35K + Benefits | Cannot Sponsor
Are you a tech support professional looking to make a real impact in a future-focused industry? We’re looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a growing solar energy company based in Farnham.
This is your chance to bring your solid technical support experience to a company that’s driving sustainable change across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for all IT queries (hardware, software, network & applications)
* Logging, diagnosing and resolving support tickets with a proactive, customer-focused approach
* Escalating issues to senior engineers where necessary
* Supporting end-users both on-site and remotely
* Helping keep internal systems running smoothly as the business continues to scale
What We’re Looking For
* A few years’ experience in a 1st line or service desk role
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, O365, networking basics, hardware issues
* Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner
* Someone motivated, curious and eager to grow within a supportive tech team
* A passion for clean energy is a bonus — but not essential
