Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality treatments for clients in line with clinic treatment guidelines.
* Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and set realistic treatment expectations.
* Actively promote additional services and products to enhance the overall client experience.
* Maintain sales targets and performance metrics.
* Ensure all client records are up to date pre‑ and post‑treatment.
* Maintain and clean all equipment and machines.
Qualifications and Skills
* Level 3 Beauty qualification or above (required).
* Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired).
* Team player who collaborates effectively.
* Positive and friendly attitude towards clients.
* Attention to detail in client record‑keeping.
* Excellent standards for client experience.
