The Role
You will take full ownership of a designated production line, managing a small team of operatives to ensure high-volume orders are met safely and efficiently.
* Lead from the Front: Manage the performance, engagement, and training of your direct reports.
* Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs, reduce product waste, and ensure "right first-time" processing.
* Technical Ownership: Set up and run fast-paced machinery while ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
* Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation for traceability and health and safety audits.

* Experience: Proven background in a supervisory role within food manufacturing (Fresh Produce experience is a major plus).
* Technical Skills: Comfortable operating and setting production machinery.
