Job Title: Child Residential Support Worker (Permanent contract)

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour - £16.00 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Child Residential Support Workers. You will be working in children\'s residential homes, supporting young people with a variety of needs including emotional, behavioural, and social challenges.
Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans.
* Promoting independence, self-esteem, and positive life choices.
* Assisting with daily routines, household tasks, and recreational activities.
* Managing challenging behaviours in a safe, supportive, and professional manner.
* Ensuring safeguarding and welfare at all times.
What We\'re Looking For
* Previous experience in children\'s residential care or similar setting.
* Strong communication, empathy, and resilience.
* Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
