Admissions & Attendance Officer

* Salary Scale: NJC Point 7-10
* Actual Salary: £22,709 - £23,819

We are looking for an individual who has excellent critical thinking skills and strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, who is self‑motivated and has a genuine passion and a belief in the potential of every pupil. You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment. The Admissions and Attendance Officer will manage the operation of legal registration and lesson registration via the academy’s BROMCOM System, monitor and analyse attendance data and take the lead in the management of academy admissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing legal registration and lesson registration via BROMCOM System.
* Monitoring and analysing attendance data.
* Leading the management of academy admissions.
About You
* At least 3 years’ experience of working with young people in a secondary school.
* Experience of improving attendance and strategies to support students.
* Experience of liaising with parents and external agencies.
* Ability to multi‑task, with good personal organisation and administration skills.
* Good academic standard of general education.
