If this has got you excited, read on… As a BEMS Consulting Engineer, your responsibilities will include… Conducting system condition surveys, producing reports/recommendations Complete feasibility studies, energy management surveys & specification reviews Produce concept designs, performance specifications & detailed design development Engaging in tender management and tender vetting on behalf of the client Project managing, project progress reporting & contract administration Specifying maintenance contracts & assisting clients with auditing maintenance contracts We are looking for a BEMS Consulting Engineer with the following skills and experience… Minimum HNC level related engineering (electrical/mechanical) qualification Commercial experience in building services industry Experience as a BMS/BEMS/project/commissioning/control systems engineer is preferred Technical knowledge of either Trend, Tridium, Honeywell or legacy BEMS systems is preferred Technical/design skills in Controls, BEMS/BACS and project management is ideal Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at senior level In return, the successful BEMS Consulting Engineer will receive a salary of £50,000-£60,000, plus the following benefits… 25 days holiday bank holidays Company car Bonus scheme Don’t miss out on this amazing role!
