Behaviour Support Assistant - Secondary & Post-16 (Cardiff) Full-Time & Long-Term Opportunities Available We are seeking resilient and motivated Behaviour Support Assistants to join a specialist secondary and further education provision in Cardiff, supporting learners with Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD) and complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for Behaviour Support Assistants with experience of challenging behaviour who are passionate about helping young people re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.
