About the Home Located in Braunstone, our beautifully designed home offers care for up to three young people at a time. We provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can build confidence, make friends, and develop vital life and social skills. While Braunstone will be your base, flexibility is important — you may be asked to support other homes in Hinckley, Coalville, or Syston if needed. What You’ll Be Doing * Building trusted, nurturing relationships that promote independence and emotional well-being * Partnering with families, carers, and professionals to support each child holistically * Taking part in everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and creating a welcoming home environment * Keeping accurate records and documentation * Ensuring safeguarding and safety standards are upheld * Contributing to a calm, secure, and inclusive setting ✅ What We’re Looking For * Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve it within a set timeframe) * A positive mindset and motivation to make a real difference * A strong understanding of safeguarding and protecting vulnerable young people * Willingness to commit to sleep-ins, weekend and bank holiday shifts * Experience working with children and young people is desirable — but a willingness to learn is just as valuable Pay & Progression We believe in rewarding your passion and commitment.
