The position offers flexibility with a three day working week and an immediate start. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a secure environment; therefore, current prison clearance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a secure setting.
* Conduct medication reviews and ensure appropriate prescribing practices.
* Support the multidisciplinary team with expert pharmaceutical advice.
* Prescribe in line with national and local guidelines.
Requirements:
* Qualified Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber (GPhC registered).
* Must hold valid prison clearance.
* Experience in SMS prescribing is highly advantageous.
* Ability to work independently with a strong clinical focus.
