Licensed Electrician
$35 - $50 Per Hour (depending on experience)
Allegro Home Delivery is a fast-growing company disrupting the last mile home delivery market. We are seeking a Licensed Electrician in Kent, WA, to oversee technicians providing appliance installations for one of our customers.
Primary Role: Lead a team of technicians in appliance installations, monitor installation success, and utilize your electrical expertise to train and guide the team.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise safe appliance installation and electrical system assembly
* Monitor and improve installation success, providing training as needed
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
* Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and pass inspections
* Obtain permits when necessary
* Perform residential appliance installations with electrical hookups
* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
* Guide and collaborate with team members and installers
Qualifications:
* Valid electrician license in Washington
* Knowledge of electrical, gas, heating, and ventilation systems
* Experience with appliance installation
* Proficiency with hand and power tools used in electrical work
* Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
* Good interpersonal skills and patience
* Own tools required
Skills:
* Experience training or supervising team members
* Customer service experience
* In-home delivery experience
