With a full-service offering spanning lettings, property management, sourcing, and development, this is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic business with a clear growth plan—including the acquisition of further agencies over the next 18–24 months. Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the leadership, performance, and growth of the business. Develop and deliver the long-term strategic vision, reporting directly to the founder. Lead and inspire a talented senior management team, ensuring operational excellence. Oversee lettings, property management, and investment services, upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer service. Drive new business development, exploring additional revenue streams and partnerships. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
