Position – Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant
Salary - From £25,000 - £37,500 DOE plus commission
Location – Liverpool / Southport
Office Hours – 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with an on call rota

Offer hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office and the rest WFH or client visit days etc
Candidates be a fully experienced 360 billing recruitment consultant, that can manage and build a busy desk.

Preferably with experience in driving, industrial or warehousing sectors, as long as they can manage fast paced, high volume recruitment. Must have own car and licence, must be happy to work away for a few days 2-3 times a year and complete on-site check in's for our events clients (accommodation provided).

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Business Development
Manage existing client accounts: understand requirements, service levels, and operational pressures.
Take job briefs and advise on availability, rates, and compliance requirements.
Proactively develop new business within driving and industrial sectors (calls, visits, lead follow-up).
Build long-term partnerships through regular communication, site visits, and quality of service.
Negotiate rates and terms in line with company margin and compliance standards.
Candidate Attraction & Resourcing
Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen candidates, complete registrations/interviews, and assess suitability for roles.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reliable workers for urgent and ongoing requirements.
Ensure candidates are briefed correctly: shift patterns, locations, pay rates, PPE, and site rules.
Maintain consistent contact with workers to improve retention and fill rates.
Compliance & Administration
Ensure full compliance with recruitment legislation and internal processes.
Complete right to work checks, references, and all required onboarding documentation.
For driving roles: ensure licence checks, CPC/Digi card checks, and relevant assessments are in place.
Ensure accurate timesheet processing, pay queries resolution, and client invoicing support.
Keep CRM/ATS records updated: notes, availability, bookings, and client/candidate communications.
Operations & On-Call Support
Coordinate daily/weekly staffing, including short-notice cover and sickness management.
Work closely with colleagues and payroll to resolve queries quickly and professionally.
Participate in out-of-hours/on-call rota (where required) to support clients and workers.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
Confident relationship builder with a commercial mindset
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused
Competent using Microsoft Office and recruitment CRM/ATS systems
