Investment Banking Analyst – Energy Transition | London (Visa Sponsorship Available)
Flisher + Partners is mandated by a leading London-based investment banking boutique to hire an Analyst focused on Energy Transition (Renewables, Clean Infrastructure, CleanTech).
This is a high-exposure role within a lean, entrepreneurial team, offering full involvement across the deal lifecycle and the opportunity to take on responsibility early.
Role Summary
* Execution of cross-border M&A transactions across Western Europe
* Full deal lifecycle exposure from origination to completion
* Direct interaction with senior bankers and high profile clients
* Deep focus on energy transition and infrastructure sell-side M&A
Candidate Profile
* 1–3 years’ M&A experience (Generalist or sector-focused)
* Strong financial modelling and technical execution skills
* Proven ability to produce high-quality client materials
* Fluency in English, French, and Spanish
Compensation
* £75,000 base
* Discretionary bonus
