Mon-Fri 40 hours per week We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple facility types in the Newcastle area. You will be expected to have good all - round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance. The role is a Permanent position paying circa £38,000 basic. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days. Overtime availalbe. On call 1 in 4/6 £100 standby payment. Vehicle supplied with personal use. Duties & Responsibilities Completing electrical maintenance across commercial grade facilities. To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
