Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by our client to recruit for a Capex Procurement Manager. This role will be fully home-based but with regular travel to various client sites.
The role: You will be instrumental in leading Capital Projects spend, including adopting and implementing strategic initiatives to improve the functionality and success of the Capex category. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of this key area of the business.
Ideal candidate requirements:
1. In-depth knowledge and experience of Capital procurement
2. Ability to identify issues within the category and resolve them
3. Must come from a Food or FMCG environment
4. Self-motivated
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills (able to work with difficult/challenging stakeholders across all levels)
6. A candidate eager to progress their career
