Vodafone Three is seeking retail team members to be the friendly face our customers see when they walk into our stores. In this role, you'll help customers get the most out of their technology while providing an outstanding and memorable experience.
What You'll Do
1. Create and maintain rapport with customers, understand their needs, and deliver a brilliant customer experience that is right first time, while exceeding sales targets both individually and as a team.
2. Approach every interaction as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer satisfaction through solution-based selling, offering products and services that meet customer needs.
3. Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes, ensuring customers are well-informed and their needs are met.
4. Deliver exceptional service, take ownership of customer needs, and meet or exceed sales targets and key metrics.
5. Participate in regular learning and development, ensuring compliance with company and FCA requirements.
6. Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines, including participating in Vodafone's security vetting process as required.

Working Hours
Part-time, 30 hours, including some weekends and bank holidays.
