As a member of the housekeeping team, you will: Maintain consistently high cleaning standards across all areas. Ensure all COSHH regulations and training guidelines are followed at all times. Plan and coordinate deep cleaning schedules during holiday periods. Supervise a small team of staff, including conducting monthly 1-to-1 meetings and progress reviews. Authorise annual leave requests and support the induction and training of new team members.
