Are you a highly organized and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting production teams in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for aProduction Administration Assistantto join our team in Milton Keynes on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role:
As a key member of the Integrated Production Team (IPT), you’ll play a vital role in coordinating and planning activities that ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. You’ll act as the bridge between production and support functions, helping manage time, resources, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate updates and approvals of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Manage controlled documents and liaise with Learning & Development for training planning
* Support procurement processes, including raising and tracking purchase requisitions
* Provide general administrative and facilities support to production management
* Contribute to ongoing projects and improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills across disciplines
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability
Experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment
Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English
