Key responsibilities: • Build collaborative relationships and partnerships both internally and externally to deliver the wellbeing offer. • Share expert knowledge in the practice of workforce wellbeing and resilience. • Champion flexible working and life balance, challenging thinking and attitudes to create a progressive, high trust and high support environment. • Learn from the wellbeing needs of our staff and volunteers, leading on the design, delivery and evaluation of wellbeing interventions for our people. • Lead on key delivery areas as part of the People & Culture delivery plan, shaping policy and practice. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills to project manage and operationalise services to staff and volunteers.
