Health & Safety Advisor
London | Hybrid Working (60/40 split)
A leading law firm is looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join its Internal Client Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a positive safety culture across a multi-site, international environment.
The Opportunity
* Act as a trusted advisor on all workplace health & safety matters
* Support the delivery of a consistent H&S service across UK and international offices
* Work closely with Facilities, HR, and senior stakeholders to drive best practice
* Contribute to a responsible business agenda focused on people, environment, and community
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day health & safety advice to colleagues and managers
* Maintain and improve H&S systems, policies, and procedures
* Support compliance with legislation (fire safety, first aid, DSE, contractor management)
* Conduct audits, inspections, and track actions through to completion
* Support incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis
* Deliver and coordinate training, inductions, and awareness programmes
* Assist with risk assessments, including DSE, homeworking, and workplace safety
* Monitor H&S data, reporting trends and supporting continuous improvement
* Collaborate with office and facilities teams to implement consistent processes
What We’re Looking For
* NEBOSH General Certificate (essential); working towards Diploma desirable
* Experience in a health & safety advisory role within professional services or multi-site environments
* Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and risk management principles
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working with data, reports, and Microsoft Office tools
