We are a multi -site law firm with offices across Dorset and Hampshire. Several people who have come into this apprentice role previously have developed a legal career with us. We are massively invested in culture, which means that we consistent strive to provide a fantastic working environment. We have a number of training programs and additional committees and teams that all members of staff can involve themselves in.
Duties Include :
* Maintaining meeting rooms ensuring they are kept presentable
* Welcoming visitors into the office
* Answering the intercom
liasing with 3rd party suppliers
* Archiving and scanning
* Other ad hoc administration duties
Will be on the job training through a cross section of disciplines. We will provide in house training in person or via user guides with regular monitoring and feedback sessions.This will be in house training to be able to cover all aspects of the role. They will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to other practice areas offering support in these dept. as well.
