This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced Marketing & Sales team, ensuring smooth vehicle supply into the UK market. You'll work with Logistics, Material Planning, Sales and Dealers to keep orders moving, resolve issues quickly and support key operational processes.
Key responsibilities:
Resolve Freshdesk tickets within SLAs
Provide accurate vehicle progress updates to dealers
Manage dealer transfers and maintain tagging data
Action destination code changes and run internal reports
Support logistics activities including vehicle collections and delivery coordination
Reduce delivery holds by working closely with internal teams and dealers
Assist the central Ordering team during peak periods (batch orders, amendments, constraint management, plant liaison, wholesale support)About you:
Strong Excel and IT skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
