Job Description Overview
Supportingthe siteas a security officer& control room duties(mustpossessa CCTV licence)toensure safetyofcustomers,buildingsandpersonnel.
Tosupporttheoperationofthebuildingandensuringexceptionalserviceisprovidedandensurethatallassignedtasksarecompletedinaprofessionalandtimelymanneradheringtoall relevantlegislation.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Operationallysupport indeliveryoftheagreedservicelevel.
* Assisttheteambyfosteringteamspiritandco-operation,theencourage open expressionofdifferingideas andopinionsandensuringresolution.
* Support indeliveryof SOP’sandmaintenanceofappropriatedocumentationsets acrossthe security Team.
* AssistinmaintainingcompliancewithallHealth& Safety legislation.
* Promoteasecureandsafeworkingenvironmentonsitethroughtheimplementationandcontinuous improvementofagreedHealthandSafetyactions
* CompletetherequiredIncidentreportsintheevent ofanincident,focusingonqualityandtimelyreporting.
* Ensurethat any complaints aredealtwithin aprofessionalandtimelymanner.
* Toestablishandmaintainsatisfactoryrelationshipswithindividualsat alllevelswithintheCompany andtheClient organisation.
* Ensurethat allequipmentprovidedtoassistsecurity isfullyoperationalwithany issuesreported.
* Clientliaison,workingcloselywiththeCentre Management Team and Security Supervisor.
* Otherday-to-dayresponsibilitiesasdictatedby circumstancesandtheneeds ofthebusinessandclient.
