We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global company to find their next Head of HR. This is such an exciting proposition;
* You will have autonomy to lead the UK operation and strategically direct the people agenda by partnering with the UK MD & leadership team
* You will have the support of an in-country team, as well as the wider global HR network
* There is room for you to grow in the role over the next few years as the Company goes after ambitious targets
* Entrepreneurial at the core – you will have the ability to be both strategic and hands on to shape the go-forward
Location: Camden, London (with occasional travel to Manchester)
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office (Monday & Wednesday mandatory office days, the third day is flex across Tuesday, Thursday or Friday)
Salary: 85-95K dependant on experience

🚀 The Role
This is a true generalist, leadership-level HR role — perfect for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on delivery with strategic influence.
As Head of HR, you’ll lead the UK HR and Corporate Services team, partnering closely with regional HR leaders in Turkey and colleagues across the wider global HR function.
You’ll oversee HR operations, employee engagement, and office management for around 150 employees across London, Manchester, Leicester, York and Huddersfield.
🌟 What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who can:
✅ Partner with the UK MD and leadership team, to be a thought partner, change agent & create a people strategy
✅ Lead and develop a small UK-based HR and Corporate Services team
✅ Drive employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives
✅ Shape and enhance the overall employee experience
✅ Manage all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, reward, and L&D
✅ Partner with global HR teams to roll out international initiatives locally
✅ Oversee payroll approvals, GDPR compliance, and HR administration
✅ Lead the facilities function that oversees office management, health & safety, and facilities management
✅ Be a trusted advisor and change driver across multiple business units
You’ll be a confident, commercially aware HR professional who enjoys variety and thrives under pressure.
