- Office Based Role 8am till 5pm About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team.
You will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and supporting the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents Manage project costs and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts Monitor project progress and report on financial performance Work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements Requirements Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field Proven experience in a construction environment Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and procurement Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication xxuwjjq skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficient in relevant software (e.g.
