Due to their continued growth, dedication to innovation, product development and success, they are on the lookout for an outstanding leader to head up their Commercial and Technical function.
As the Head of Sales, you will lead all sales, Design, pricing strategies and commercial management activities across the business. This is a great role for a “hands-on” individual who is both strategically sales oriented yet detailed orientated.
Requirements
The Role
As a key member of the commercial team, you will contribute to functional strategy and business planning.
Lead a team
Develop and implement commercial pricing strategies across sectors
Drive innovation towards Manufacturing solutions and customer engagement
Streamline internal processes
Improve efficiency and increase sales
Working with the senior leadership team
Strategically lead negotiations, ensuring world class development and design.
The Successful Candidate
Degree Educated in a relevant field
Proven experience in commercial sales or technical account management.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is key
A passion for innovation, with a “Growth Mindset” and sustainable product development
Strong organisational and financial skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation abilities
Customer focussed, with the ability to build lasting relationships
A strategic thinker with a high attention to detail
