Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales and Marketing Specialist (Freelancer)
to support our business development and marketing efforts on a project or part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can independently drive marketing strategies, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers across various channels.
As a freelancer, you'll be responsible for executing campaigns, managing sales pipelines, and delivering measurable outcomes — with the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, social media, Google Ads).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving goals.
Qualifications
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
* Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Experience in the industrial or gas cylinder industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
