Title: Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Specialist
Location: County Kildare (hybrid - 2 days on site, 3 days WFH)
Essential requirements:
* 5–7 years' project management experience delivering large-scale planning applications and EIAR/AA under Irish/British regulations.
* Proven expertise in EIS/EIAR/AA/NIS preparation, infrastructure planning, environmental assessment, and licensing.
* Strong track record managing complex projects with varied priorities, risks, and timelines.
* Excellent report writing, analytical, and presentation skills; deep knowledge of EIA, NIS, Appropriate Assessment, and Planning Acts.
