Hays HR is on the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join on of my lovely clients and play a key role in shaping a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture across the organisation. This role is all about partnership and working strategically, working closely with line managers to deliver support and drive organisational change.
Your new role
1. Build strong relationships with line manager, providing strategic HR advice that supports workforce planning.
2. Lead onplex employee relations matters.
3. Support organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE and redundancy.
4. Use people data and KPIs to inform decision making and identify future workforce needs.
5. Partner with L&D to strengthen induction, leadership capability and management development.
6. Manage and develop HR team members.
7. Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders (Trade Union reps).
8. Oversee payroll, HR records management andpliance with data protection requirements.
9. Support the embedding of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing across the organisation.
10. Work with recruitment partners to deliver effective and inclusive recruitment processes.
11. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and practices.
What you'll need to succeed
12. Chartered member CIPD.
13. L5 Qualification or above.
14. Strong, up-to-date working knowledge and understanding of current UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
15. Experience of managing a small team.
16. Proven experience of providing expert guidance on effective change management, such as restructures and TUPE exercises.
17. Experience of providing HR services in either schools or colleges.
18. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
