The Role:
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors, providing vital support on a varied caseload of private client matters. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Supporting the administration of estates, including Grant of Probate applications
* Handling Court of Protection deputyship applications
* Assisting with Trust administration
* Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
* Preparing legal documents and conducting legal research
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in Private Client law is essential
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
