Front‑End Developer – Global Digital Business
Exciting full‑time, permanent opportunity to join a Global Digital Business located in West Sussex as a Front‑End Developer.
The successful candidate will play a role in enhancing development processes, best practices and participate in technical meetings. You will be responsible for translating Web/UX/UI designs and wireframes into responsive, animated code, ensuring cross‑device compatibility and high quality presentation.
You will create production‑ready code across multiple devices, test your own work, and liaise with the testing team for bug fixes. You will make improvements, pride your work, and promote top quality across the Front‑End and UX team.

Skills, experience and attributes required:
* At least 1‑2 years’ experience as a Front‑End Developer
* Degree educated
* Experience of React – experienced on a business‑related project; an interest and knowledge of React and willing to learn further is ideal
* Experience of working with SAAS/SCSS
* Experience of working with Figma
* An interest using frameworks such jQuery and React
* Experience of working within an Agile environment
* An understanding of website design skills and substantial experience using Adobe Suite of Figma
* The ability to explain and demonstrate your work to the team, Project Managers, Digital Marketeers and Testers
* High attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Enjoys working as part of a smaller collaborative team and within a wider Digital department
* Self‑motivated and also happy to work independently
* Ability and happy to work and comply with company procedures
* Not afraid to ask questions and to provide updates on your work when required.
