An ambitious and well‑established law firm in the South East is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to strengthen its award‑winning Property team, one of the most respected outside London. Ideally suited to candidates with around 3–6 years’ PQE, this role offers exposure to high‑calibre, varied commercial property work in a supportive, growth‑focused environment. You'll be joining a firm known for its excellent client service, first‑rate legal work, and an impressive roster of clients, ranging from developers and investors to major financial institutions and rural landowners.
What You'll Be Working On
* Commercial lease work across office, industrial and retail sectors
* Residential development projects (large‑scale, often high‑value)
* Acquisition and disposal of investment property
* Property finance and secured lending transactions
* Agricultural and estates work involving rural and landed property
* Landlord and tenant matters for a range of commercial clients
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
* Ideally 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate (flexibility on level)
* A pragmatic, commercially‑mindful legal approach
* Strong client communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
* Interest in business development and networking
* Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning and career progression
