As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the marketing and PR of our corporate and private events. We specialise in delivering unique, pop-up restaurant experiences at clients’ locations. This part of the business is expanding quickly, and we need someone who can promote these events, grow our online presence, and help drive new opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital marketing and live events, with a passion for food and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage social media across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok Create and schedule engaging content aligned with the brand Grow online presence and manage audience engagement Promote corporate and private events through social media and PR Attend events across the UK to capture content and support marketing Track performance and report on engagement and campaign results Support wider marketing activities such as email campaigns and paid social Requirements Experience in social media management or digital marketing Experience promoting events, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus Strong content creation skills (posts, captions, short videos) Good communication and organisational skills Willingness to travel across the UK for events Interest in food, events, and customer experiences Technical Skills (Preferred) Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) Basic video editing and short-form content creation (Reels, TikTok) Analytics tools (native platform insights, Google Analytics) Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) Paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Basic SEO and hashtag strategy understanding
