We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Figbury Lodge in Canford Heath, Poole. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. As a Team Leader, you should have previous experience working with older adults in residential care. You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and good with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with working towards or having completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your team. You will ensure families feel welcomed, keep healthcare professionals informed, and update your Line Manager on residents' needs and progress. Being a team player, following guidelines and policies, and maintaining good documentation skills are crucial, especially for care plan writing.
