Your Key Responsibilities
As the Quality Systems Manager, you will:
* Lead the site’s internal audit program, ensuring audits are completed on schedule.
* Trend internal and external non-conformances and drive their resolution.
* Conduct routine inspections and audits, including fabrication inspections, GMP, hygiene verification, and foreign body inspections.
* Oversee external audits and visits, including third-party and customer audits.
* Coordinate and challenge the site’s traceability system to ensure compliance.
* Manage third-party certifications such as Kosher, Halal, Organic, and Gluten-Free.
* Support traceability exercises during customer visits or external audits.
* Manage the completion of all quality and food safety site KPIs.
* Drive the resolution and close-out of non-conformances.
* Lead the completion of required customer reports and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Previous experience in Quality Management, particularly with quality management systems.
* Knowledge of GFSI, retailer, and other standards (Kosher, RSPO, Halal, AOECS, etc.).
* Experience in the food or logistics sectors, adhering to strict manufacturing practices and hygiene regulations.
* Proficiency in investigations using various root cause analysis techniques.
* Some knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
* A proactive approach to Health & Safety.
* The ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively as a committed team player.
