The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring they gain maximum value from a suite of SaaS products. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, support the rollout and adoption of new features, and identify opportunities to expand usage across additional modules.

What's Required?
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong previous Account Management experience, ideallying including experience with SaaS products
* Knowledge of or experience in the hospitality, operations, or a multi-site environment industries would be a plus!
* An understanding of operational systems or software platforms (experience with procurement or P2P systems would be advantageous)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and identify growth opportunities
